美国公布的新版防疫指南，建议民众参加聚会活动不要超过10个人，
如果聚会超过10个人，那就不要去。

如果某地出现社区感染，就要关闭学校及其周边地区，
并关闭餐厅、美食广场、酒吧、健身房、体育馆、电影院、演唱会...等民众聚集的场所。
“这些防疫指南的要求并不会太超过，都是有仔细考量的。”
执掌美国“国家过敏及感染研究院”的大老Anthony Fauci如此说。

President Donald Trump said Monday that the U.S. may be able to get the new coronavirus outbreak under control by July or August at the earliest.
Trump also said his administration may look at lockdowns for "certain areas" or "hot spots" in the nation, but said he wasn't considering a full national lockdown.
Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, said at the press conference that the new guidelines may seem like they go too far, but "they were well thought out."
"It isn't an overreaction," Fauci said.
美国的防疫指南还建议民众
○如果有家人染病，全家人都要隔离在家，不要去工作上学。
○老人要待在家里，不要出门，并远离他人。
○如非必要，就不要去旅行、逛街购物、不要去社交拜访亲友。
○不要在餐厅或酒吧店内用餐，改成得来速、外带、外送。
○不要去疗养院、退休养老院、长期照护中心，除非你是必要人员。
○保持个人良好卫生习惯，常洗手，用手臂盖住自己的咳嗽...
尤其是在摸到那些被很多人接触过的东西之后，更要洗手。
手不要去摸自己的脸 (口、鼻、眼)。

1918年西班牙流感，当时美国费城疫情大爆发，但圣路易斯市的疫情一直都有控制住，
并没有大爆发。
因为费城是等到出现首位病例的16天后，才禁止民众聚会活动，如教堂、音乐会、餐厅、舞厅。
而圣路易斯市则是在出现首位病例的两天后就马上禁止各种民众的聚会活动，成功控制住疫情。
