●除了执行常规的成本分析外，需具备进行市场分析的能力，收集并分析市场资讯，以便

Key Job Responsibilities:
●Upload and maintain manufacturing cost data, including manufacturing value
add (MVA) and selected component costs within our cost systems.
●Generate the data needed to track cost changes throughout the product
lifecycle and use analytics to identify the trends and variances.
●Collect cost savings data and product spending values and publish overall
cost and spend reports on a regular basis.
●Support special initiatives such as contract manufacturing industry
landscape studies, competitor analysis, and cost competitiveness benchmarking.
●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate different manufacturing
cost scenarios and recommend optimal solutions based on the requirements.
●In addition to performing regular cost analysis, the candidate must have
the ability to conduct market analysis, gather and analyze market
information, in order to provide more comprehensive cost assessments and
insights.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support
our Manufacturing Business Management (MBM) team. The MBM team will lead the
sourcing, business award, contracting, and commercial negotiations with
external manufacturing partners. In this role, you will play a crucial part
in managing specific aspects of manufacturing-related cost analysis and
reporting. You will collaborate closely with Sourcing colleagues, Program
Management, Engineering, Operations, Planning, Finance, and other teams to
ensure accurate and timely data collection, analysis, reporting, and
maintenance throughout the product life cycle. You may also interface with
external contract manufacturer partners during the quotation process and when
managing cost-related issues.
【征求条件】
●具有商业、资讯科学或相关领域的学士学位。
●3年以上在硬件运营/供应链、采购、财务或项目管理相关领域的经验。
●精通电子表格软件（Excel/Google Sheets）和项目管理。
●具备专业的数据分析、报告和简报技巧。
●具备良好的英语书面和口语表达能力。
●深刻理解产品设备成本结构，包括 MVA 和 BOM 结构。
●优异的细节关注度和准确性。
●具备基本的成本系统和概念知识。
