【工作内容】
Responsible for product verification testing on NETGEAR Smart switches
products
1. Create suitable/new test cases to verify layer 2/layer 3 switch
functionality, device performance, and security.
2. Recreate the customer issue and co-work with RD/Support/ODM or chipset
vendor to determine the root cause and answer technical-related questions.
3. Perform the functional testing per the test plan.
4. Review/Modify the manual test cases based on different requirements from
the customer or PE.
5. Generate testing reports on each testing firmware and follow up for bug
resolution.
6. Learn and understand the functions/features of the product being tested.
7. Train engineers with job-related knowledge.
8. Double confirm the test case steps and work with the automation engineer
to easily automate.
9. Communicate and cooperate with automation QA engineers to debug issues
when found by automation scripts.
