Looking for a bright and enthusiastic team player with keen
attention to detail in HR-based management, the person plays a crucial role
in the HR Operation team ensuring an efficient run of the organization via
daily administrative tasks.
1. Support Onboarding/Outgoing process/ RDSS/Attendance & OT data management
2. Preparing HR regular reports/payments
3. Familiar with group insurance and serve as internal contact to deal with
employees' requests
4. Support regional engagement programs/summer intern
programs
5. Support employee benefits and welfare committee events
6. Co-ordination of HR functions-related duties as assigned
