【工作职缺】
行政总务人员(Workplace Coordinator)
【工作内容】
- Manage daily office administration, monitor office equipment
maintenance, necessary repairs, and organize the office layout.
- Coordinate all workplace-related onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Communication and coordination of the issues and improvement with
different channels in accounting, payments methods, office network, and
security system with Finance, IT, and local vendors.
- Work with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring that all
items are well delivered, invoiced, and paid on time while maintaining
long-term collaborative relationships.
- Arrange team and employee activities to promote team engagement and
well-being such as the regular team lunch, celebration, festival events, team
building, etc.
- Manage and coordinate the food and beverage program and place on a
regular basis office food/drink shipment.
- Coordinate and support communications and logistics of office
management.
- Provide backup administrative support for People team.

【征求条件】
- 2+ years of proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and
procedures
- Ability to prioritize multi-tasks with the attention to the details
and timeline
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to effectively work with
different stakeholders
- Ability to adopt and respond to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Has efficient written and oral skills in English and Mandarin
- Computer skills and knowledge of office and purchase order software
packages (MS Office, SAP Coupa, etc.)
- Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures
- Onsite work from Monday to Friday

【工作时间】
周一至周五 09:00-18:00(午休1小时)

时薪工作请贴Part-Time板
