【工作职缺】
Sales Assistant业务助理
【工作内容】
1.Support related Sales / Marketing activities.
2.Assist sales to perform SO management operations
3.Coordinate for internal and external functional teams about data collection
and report analysis
4.Generate sales management-related reports, such as sales report, price list
and sales forecast to support sales management in alignment with company
policy.
5.Participate company’s activities ; arrange the relative meetings/seminars
and visitors schedules
6.Perform other duties as assigned.
7.Be flexible in case of urgent overtime support.
【征求条件】
Requirements:
1. Good communication and coordination skills.
2. Intermediate English fluency.
3. Good numerical analytical ability and detail-oriented
4. Good at teamwork and able to multi-task and work independently in a
volatile business environment.
5. Familiar with Excel/Powerpoint
6. Sales and marketing experience is plus
