金融服务软件 产品技术支援工程师 FAE
【工作内容】
‧ Provide high-level and in-depth technical support by answering phone,
e-mail and web inquiries for end-users.
‧ Work collaboratively with Clients, team members, implementation consultants,
and resources across Advent global office locations to achieve desired
results.
‧ Own and address Client needs and product issues from inception to resolution.
‧ Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow up and
escalate when necessary.
‧ Maintain and create detailed documentation by logging support cases,
e-mail, and knowledge base articles for Client and internal use.
【征求条件】
‧ Strong background in accounting or have previously worked for any
finance-related accounts
‧ Basic knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or PRC GAAP
‧ Excellent written and oral English communication skills with strong
attention to detail
‧ Proven aptitude to learn knowledge and information promptly
‧ Solid troubleshooting and analysis/resolution skills
‧ Knowledge of fundamental financial instruments (equities and fixed
incomes)
‧ Ability to understand and convey client business requirements to
escalation with development teams
‧ Works well under pressure. Can be resourceful, even with limited tools &
resources.
【工作地点】
台北市信义区松仁路277号6楼
【工作时间】
主要时段08:00-17:00 ; 09:00-18:00 (70%)
次要时段06:00-15:00 ; 07:00-16:00 (30%)
中间各午休1h，另有小段休息时间
【月休】
月休约8-10天 按当月红字天数排休(遵照劳基法第三十条及三十六条进行)
