【工作内容】
Responsibilities:
1.Contribute to positioning the IKEA store as the first
choice for home furnishing in primary market area (PMA) in order to maximize s
ales and long-term profitability.
2.Have knowledge and understanding of peopl
e’s needs and wants, their living situations and living conditions in local m
arket, as well as their buying behavior. Use this knowledge to provide relevan
t, functional, affordable, beautiful, inspiring and sustainable home furnishin
g solutions.
3.Plan and implement ideas and solutions in many different style
s, functions and price profiles to fit many individual tastes and to strengthe
n the uniqueness of the IKEA product range.
4.Work to improve the layout in a
reas of responsibility in order to create a good overview and visual impact an
d to provide an easy buying process for our customers.
5.Work with colleagues
to implement the department action plan to support the optimization of sales
and our long-term growth.
Requirements:
1.A passion for home furnishing, d
esign and how people live at home.
2.Ability to draw, visualize and present a
n idea.
3.High level of knowledge in interior design, trends in retail/market
/customer behaviour, communication, Com&In IT-Systems (e.g. AutoCAD, AutoDECO,
etc.).
4.Good attention to detail.
5.Enthusiastic about assignments and wor
king with others in a team.
