【工作内容】
1.Communicate with overseas team in English. 用英语与海外团队沟通。
2.Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for HQ Corporat.为HQ Corpor
ate准备和分析月度财务报表。
3.Support monthly closing activities by preparing, verifying, and entering acc
urate journal entries. 输入准确的日记帐及月结纪录。
4.Handle GL including monthly accrual, prepaid allocation and recurring entry,
assign entry to proper account to ensure following accounting and global prin
ciples. 处理总账，包括月度应计、预付分配和经常性分录，将分录分配到适当的账户，
以确保遵循会计和全球会计原则。
5.Manage tax related duties, including VAT, income tax return and prepaid tax,
ensuring compliance with local tax regulations. 管理税务相关职责，包括增值税
、所得税申报表和预缴税款，确保符合当地税收法规。
6.Responsible for recording of all accounting transactions, closing & consolid
ation, tax and treasury. 负责记录所有会计交易、结账和合并、税务和财务。
7.Manage fixed assets related activities. 管理固定资产相关活动。

1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with 3 years working experi
ence in accounting field, IC design industry is a plus.
主修会计或是相关科系，３年工作经验，曾在ＩＣ设计公司更是优选。
2.Strong attention to details and problem-solving skill; with ability to work
independently, multitask and stay organized and prioritize tasks in fast paced
team-oriented environment.
对细节的高度关注和解决问题的能力，并且能在团体内独立作业及在快节奏的环境中处理
多项任务。
3.Strong communication, coordination skill and passion for learning, with expe
rience working in a multi-national/cultural environment if an additional advan
tage.
有较强的沟通协调能力和学习热情，曾在跨国、多元文化环境中工作的经验是一个额外的
优势。
4.Skills精通：
微软EXCEL，英文，中华民国会计法。
