As a Graphic/GUI Designer at RTL, your responsibilities are to...
1. Support the UI UX Team and the Marketing Team to create extraordinary, intu
itive, and brand-consistent graphic assets.
2. Create graphics assests such as marketing materials, document templates, pr
esentations, icon sets, illustrations, and gif.
3. Independently come up with innovative graphic design that would capture use
rs' attention.
4. Understand our product brand image and business needs and transfer them int
o innovative graphic design.
5. Proactively identify RTL's visual needs in different aspects, from marketin
g to interface design.
6. Articulate clearly in English your design rationales and discuss closely wi
th various team members.

3.能于早上4点开始上班(因应美国时间)，一天工作8小时，4~8点于家里上班；9~13点于
公司上班。
