THE OPPORTUNITY
Caravela Asia is the new hub of specialty coffee professionals in Asia. We have a world-class green coffee lab located in Taipei, Taiwan, conveniently close to our customers in Asia. We are looking for an Operation Talent to help us bring the best Latin American coffees to Asia market.
ABOUT YOU
You are a crucial member of the Caravela Asia team, responsible for providing a streamline operation from Latin America to Caravela Asia. You are a driven team player and multitasker that can liaise with multiple origins, vendors, and customers, as well as Caravela Team, without compromising quality and details. You are a curious person willing to learn constantly on the go and propose new value drivers. You will report directly to the General Manager of Caravela Asia and Chief Operating Officer of
Caravela Coffee.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Administration Support
1. Sales support including create purchase orders and invoices to customers; rec
2. Responsible for processing bank transactions, deposit and withdrawal and remi
3. Responsible for matters related to the company's daily administrative works (
4. Responsible for mail and sample sending/ receiving.

1. Responsible for inbound and outbound operations including prepare import and

3. Responsible for warehouse and inventory management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Good ethic is a must
Passion for high-quality coffee
Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Able to follow instructions and work independently (alone)
Growth mind and self-motivator
Very detail-oriented with meticulous data management
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Experience in import/ export operation and international trade
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based equivalents (e.g. Google Docs)
PREFERRED
English proficiency is desirable
Graphic design and social media management experience is a plus
