We’re looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to join our growing team!
This role will be joining an amazing team of individuals who love their job
and will have the opportunity to learn, be challenged, and grow.
If you’re detail-oriented, love solving problems, and enjoy a fast-paced
work environment, we want you on the team.
What You Will Be Doing：
- Help create and combine financial statements in US and Taiwan
- Be responsible for tax filing in Taiwan and US
- Bookkeeping for company expenses and income
- Generate standard monthly financial reports
- Create invoices and follow up on account payable schedule
- Handle monthly payroll and insurances for employees in Taiwan
- File work permit applications for international new hires
- Be responsible ad hoc requests and special projects

- Experiences in handling payroll and tax filing for US and Taiwan
- Excellent command in English
- Excellent communication, organizational & time management skills
- An interest in tech startups

【薪资范围】
※行政院劳委会于109年1月1日起调涨基本工资为月薪23,800元
※无薪资、比照科技部、比照本校规定、面议、电议，薪资不清等水桶一周
40k - 70k TWD / 月薪
