【工作内容】
As a Data Analyst in Ceresus, you will be an analytics expert by analyzing
data in order to make better business decisions.
In order to develop market strategies for client, Ceresus analyzes variety
data source and develop feasible statistic / machine learning models to
generate market insight and predict market trend.
Data Analysts will work closely with consultant to provide valuable
recommendations by translating data into meaningful interpretations and
market insight.
The clients of Ceresus covers multiple industries such as finance, durable
goods, healthcare, lighting, culture & art.
# Study and apply data mining, machine learning, data visualization to
provide business insights or resolve the problems of cyber threats.
# Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns, or relationship in complex data
sets and provide ongoing reports.
# Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
that lead to actionable insights.
# Develop reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders,
including management team, marketing researchers and technical support
partners to harness real world solution
【征求条件】
# Bachelor or Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business
related discipline.
# 1~2 years of proven experience as a data analyst or business analyst
relevant positions.
# Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation
techniques.
# Strong knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages
for analyzing large datasets (Excel, R, SPSS etc).
# Experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL
etc).
# Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings in both English
and Chinese.
Preferred
# Advanced experience of R language is a plus.
# Excellent experience with data structures and algorithms
# Experience in data processing or data mining associated fields e.g.
Text Analytics, NLP and Machine Learning algorithms.
# Proactive, team player, creative, seek for international connection
# Experience with business consultancy or B2B marketing is a plus

【工作时间】
9:00/9:30~18:00/18:30 (午休1小时)
偶尔需配合欧洲时间开会，会超过18:30，可隔天晚进办公室
