【工作内容】
This position is to provide administration support to company reception and
Admin Department. Assist in day-to-day operation. Work requires initiative
and judgment, within standard procedures and a thorough knowledge of company
policies and procedures dealing with the area of responsibility:
* To act as a Company ambassador to internal and external clients in
communicating the Company’s image as a high-quality service provider to all
clients, callers and visitors;
* Work and manage the Company’s telephone switchboard operation;
* Greet/receive and offer hospitality to visitors to the Company;
* Assist in the housekeeping of Public Areas, ensuring that a professional
Company image is maintained at all times;
* Manage courier traffic, liaising between the courier agent and staff
members in respect of incoming and outgoing documents/parcels;
* Manage the booking of travel arrangement
* Help to arrange drinks and snacks for training and meetings when in need;
* Check monthly bill of stationary, express mail, drinking water, travel cost
and other office general expenses and arrange payment;
* Act as of Travel Desk regarding employee business travel when needed;
* Provide support assistance within a variety of office functions;
* To carry out any other duties if need
