【工作职缺】
Engagement Lead (One year Contract)
Position profile:
Prepares documents and supports the development of campaigns to enhance
employee engagement.
Employs expertise of internal communication to effectively disseminate
AstraZeneca strategies, policies and other key information to a geographical
or functional area.
【工作内容】
Job Requirement:
1. Works on multiple internal communications initiatives, to deliver
unified corporate messages through multiple channels to engage employees
cohesiveness
2. Supports efforts to deliver consistent sales messages to selling
teams assigned, helping to develop comprehensive, integrated communications
plans
3. Helps ensure communications are on-message and pushed through the
appropriate channels
4. Develops engaging communications in keeping with the programs and
strategies developed by more senior internal communications professionals
5. Collaborates with colleagues in other Corporate Affairs functions
to ensure consistency and effectiveness of messages
6. Supports development and consistent use of sales communication
materials, and employs these to ensure sales teams deliver a consistent and
effective message to external clients
7. Collects employee feedback through formal and informal channels
and feeds this upward to help monitor the effectiveness of existing
communications programs

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, marketing or related field
