Onsite engineer
【工作内容】
Onsite engineer will provide PC support and on-demand on-site
coordination based on TI IT's requirement usually IT problem
and requests will be done remotely by TI IT.
the followings are the in-scope activities.
1.Desktop/laptop & associated peripheral problem resolution
2.Provide coordinating support to PC (desktop and laptop)hardware
3.Desktop/Laptop configuration and re-installation,setup newly purchased computers
4.Vendor/Supplier management for parts replacement/fault repair
5.OS/software/application troubleshooting/installation
6.Fulfill Install/Move/Add/Change Request
7.Using TI ticketing tool for case tracking, problem solving, jointly
8.providing an IT service
9.Work with TI IT team to locate users & expedite urgent software patches &
bug fix requirement
10.Cabling coordination support and basic network troubleshooting in TI
workplace
11.IPT/IPCC support, physical connect/disconnect IP phone with PC
12.Support to conference device: projector, Video conference devices,
cabling, etc.
13.On-demand coordination/assistance for server room as follows:
-Basic server/network device installation/uninstallation on rack
-Support for incidents like local security system
-Perform requested steps of local troubleshooting when remote management is
not feasible
-Support of possible power outage and perform system shutdown or restart as
per given guidelines and perform verification
-Assist in co-coordinating and communication with local admin and BU when
remote communication is not feasible
