Full-time Specialist for Talent Bank & Knowledge Management
【工作内容】
* Maintain and manage talent bank and knowledge management system
* Support consultants to build up candidate profiles and company profiles
* Support consultants to conduct resume screening, make cold calls to establish
the first contacts with the candidates, interview coordination and etc
* Provide internal sales administrative supports

* Bachelor degree in any discipline; no limit on working experience
* Fluent in written English/Chinese and familiar with computer use such as
Windows and Microsoft Office
* Flexible, fast learn and open-minded team player
* Detailed and precise in number and information
* Desire for knowledge, business intelligence and understanding people
* Able to engage with varieties of people over the phone
* Self-motivated and independent thinking capability is preferred
