【工作内容】
Job description
You will work in a small team of 3 people who are together responsible for sales and purchasing of the Taipei office.
The main responsibilities of the office administrator within this team is to keep all financial reports structured and up-to-date.
You will also providing administrative support regarding to sales and purchasing activities.
You will communicate with accountants from different countries such as Holland, Taiwan and Hong Kong, to keep all data accurate throughout the year.
Tasks
‧ Process daily accounting transaction including AR, AP and GL accounting.
‧ Key-in vouchers of finance, purchase and sales in SAP.
‧ Assist in reporting requirement from CPA.
‧ Prepare VAT/TAX related filing.
‧ Perform weekly/monthly closing report.
‧ Control company expenses on daily basis.
‧ Daily contact with overseas accountant over transactions.
‧ Ensure monthly cash flow statement are prepared.
‧ Provide administrative support in order to facilitate office documentation operation.
‧ Provide office affair support

‧ Bachelor degree with accounting major preferred.
‧ Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
‧ Fluency in written and oral English is preferred.
‧ Experience with SAP software is preferred.
‧ Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details.
‧ Be flexible with an open mind to handle challenges.
