【工作职缺】
Business Development Specialist, Food and Nutraceutical Industries
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for building up market
intelligence in Food and Nutraceutical industries and developing new
business/market with sales team by using both “push” (based on market &
product/application knowledge/trend) & “pull” (providing solution to
customer needs) approaches.
【工作内容】
Business Development Specialist, Food and Nutraceutical Industries
a. Drive the creation of New Business opportunities (projects pipelines) in the
specified industry segments based on “Pull” (providing solution to customer
needs) & “Push” (based on market & product/application knowledge/trend)
Approaches.
b. Track all New Business projects, analyze progress and suggest new strategies
based on findings.
c. Identify New Business opportunities and take ownership through to technical
approval. Work closely with Sales team to implement and monitor New Business
projects for the realization/commercialization.
d. Develop Product/Application knowledge for the specified industry segments,
provide training to the sales team, organize technical seminar or build up
show case as marketing support.
e. Demonstrate the Market Ownership: develop Market intelligence for specific
industry segments, in terms of market needs, potential size, value
proposition, competition, major products, key suppliers, technical trend,
etc.; and identification of new markets or new business opportunities.
f. Propose potential suppliers to build up partnership.
g. Promote the value-selling concept to customer as much as possible (provide
solution to customer with multi suppliers' products).
【征求条件】
a. Master in Food Science or Nutrition or Agricultural Chemistry or Biochemical
or Microbiology or Animal science
b. 3 ~ 5 years of sales & marketing or technical experiences in the Food and
Nutraceutical segments
c. Strong Technical knowledge (Product/Application) and Market knowledge
(Suppliers/Competition/Value Chain) in Food industrial segments
d. Strong analytical skills
e. Creative & Innovative
f. Marketing knowledge & skills, experience in organize technical seminar, show
case, etc.
g. Project Management
h. Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English language in oral and written.
