最近产品完成了，但厂商通知可能需要准备自行具结的文件
原文如下：

Self-executed affidavit
Specification by National Communications Commissions RC (Taiwan) approval
小弟找了一下自行具结的资料，
发现都是以公司身份去申请的，
想请教大家，个人身分该怎么处理这部分。
