iPhone 7 and 7 Plus Suffering From Poor Call Quality for Some Owners

From the back, iPhone 7 Plus
With more iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus units landing in owners’ hands, more
issues are being discovered.
According to scattered reports, some owners of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus
are dealing with less-than-stellar call quality in their new devices. Those
suffering from the issue are raising their complaints on Apple’s support
forums, as reported by AppleInsider, with some posting that their calls sound
“distant.” Many of those owners are running with the iPhone 7 Plus.
Apple does not have a permanent fix to the issue at this time, but some have
found that lowering the volume while on a call can mitigate the issue to a
point. Regular audio does not seem to be having the same issue, either. A
support specialist within the community has pointed out a troubleshooting
page for “missing or distorted sound,” which you can find here.
As for what is causing the issue, that is unknown at this point. It could be
hardware or related, or tied to something with software, too. If Apple
responds, we’ll update this post accordingly.
Recently, Apple’s new iPhones also came under fire for many owners reporting
that their devices “hiss” while being used, even while simply recording
video.

大致上就是iPhone7+使用者反应通话声音听起来很远很吵
然后也有使用者覆议 认为自己的手机也有这个问题
苹果的回应是叫他们去换机
