会有人想打电话去消基会申诉吗？
我希望多一点人打去申诉，诉求很简单，请Apple在产品外盒注明用14 or 16奈米制程
让消费者可以自己选择购买产品，保障消费者权益

行政院消保会也希望大家一起去反应，看政府可否出面，请Apple在产品外盒标示清楚
多一点人反应，可以让政府听到消费者心声
希望政府可以代表消费者向Apple总公司反应
希望大家不要只是在ptt上讨论或抱怨
明天上班时间要一起去向有关单位争取消费者权益，
到目前为止让我很惊讶，大家只有抱怨Apple，但说到争取消费者权益，
却很多人是反对的，觉得被Apple剥夺权力是合理
我明天一定会打电话去反应，也希望多一点人付出行动反应给有关单位知道
请他们出面争取消费者应有权益

受害什么？又没人规定你一定要买。那买三星手机的怎么办

这是消费者认定的瑕疵，但只要符合APPLE所卖的规格就没事现在有什么违反所列规格事项吗

要找政府出面，就要有违法的情况，这次应该是没救了，或许可以要求立委加一条，同规格的产品耗电/效能误差不能超过10%，误差过大就当成是瑕疪品

虽然不觉得政府能有什么做为 但还是祝你好运

规格一样，效能不同，这能一样？消费意识真的很弱...

向消保官检举资料要备妥、比然很难成功不然

请问有哪一家代工的处理器低于官方标准？如果没有拿什么理由告？没多赚代表吃亏所以厂商一定要让消费者占便宜？
