如果你看得到自己的点数，但就是完全拿不到新的点数，那应该是这个问题。
Q: I'm still not getting my credits for anything. Can you help?
A: You may not be getting credits because you manually or
accidentally reset your Advertising Identifier. If you change
your Advertising Identifier at any time you will still see
apps, but you will stop getting credits for them! If you
think this has happened, please contact support and ask for
help refreshing your identifier. Note that clearing your
cookies will NOT reset your Advertising Identifier.
The following actions will change your Advertising Identifier and
interfere with your ability to earn credits:
1. Click on the "Reset Advertising Identifier" button in Settings >
About > Advertising > Reset.
2. Click on the "Erase All Content and Settings" button in Settings >
General > Reset.
3. Restore the device from a backup.

1. 查询你的 tracking code
在机器上开 http://m.freemyapps.com
拉到最下面，点 Contact，然后页面中间就会出现你的 tracking code。
2. 寄信到 support@freemyapps.com
主旨打个 help refreshing advertising identifier
内容附上你的 tracking code
然后就等客服回你就行了
