It appears iOS 12.1.3 includes fixes/features that were slated for iOS 12.1.2. As a response to a ruling in China this month, which placed a preliminary sales ban on select iPhone models due to their violation of two Qualcomm software patents, Apple was forced to roll out 12.1.2 quickly with changes that circumvented the patents. Today’s 12.1.3 release is marked as beta 2, even though it’s technically the first.

修正高通官司部分
iOS 12.1.2 突然释出，虽然透过官方修正内容显示是 iPhone XR、iPhone XS、iPhone XS Max 的eSIM 启动错误和土耳其的流动网络连线问题，实际上是修改最近苹果被高通提告 iOS 12 后台关闭App动画专利，最新 iOS 12.1.2 修正后动画如下影片，从于本会往上消失改为从中央缩小动画。也导致苹果必须紧急针对 iPhone 先推出 iOS 12.1.2 修正，避免会因高通胜诉后，面临中国地区停售三款新 iPhone。

前阵子去换 eSIM 系统圈圈转好久
另外不知道有没有人试过 eSIM 用还原备份会不会一起回来？
不然门号更换手机还要跑门市、手续费，有点不如实体卡。
新的后台关闭动画从原本往上移出，变成往内消失，
真没想到这专利是高通的。
