Georgia College & State University (GCSU) offers 2 international scholarships:

The scholarships canreduce the cost of tuition by approximately $18,000 per
year.
For Spring 2014, GCSU has 15 international student scholarships available.
U.S. News and World Report:
As of 2009, GCSU has been Georgia's top-ranked public Master's University for
the past 4 years.
In 2013, GCSU is ranked as 30th among regional colleges in the South and as
10th best public school among regional universities.

GCSU is in the top 100 Best Values in Public Colleges. The university boasts
a student retention rate of 84%, making it a leader in that category. In
2007, 18 states and 43 nations were represented by its student body.
