第一次遇到这个问题，所以来请教一下版友
我在10/7时下单，10/8下午就收到客服来信告知：
“We regret that your recent order has been cancelled as our Finance team were
unable to verify the details.
We would suggest you re-submit your order ensuring the billing address has bee
n entered correctly. This must be the address the card is registered to.
Payment for this order will be refunded to your card and should reach you with
in 3-5 working days.”（今天是10/14）
之前取消订单的经验是款项会被预扣（那笔钱在我户头不能动的意思）
但这次并不是，银行客服表示这笔款项“官网已经拿走囉”
但是！！！
刚刚看了网络银行发现被扣款
致电银行客服，客服表示“对方已经请款了”
想问有其他人也遇过这种情况吗@@？
我下单的网站是MAC的英国官网
所以应该不存在诈欺问题......
不知道有没有人也遇过这种情况QQ
