在美国亚马逊要刷卡结帐
无论是买啥，包含直接结帐或是刷 Wallet 储值都会失败
Amazon 给的信件是说
Hello,

charge your credit card.
We are unable to determine why your credit card was declined. A charge can be
declined for a variety of reasons, some of which may not be related to the
validity of the credit card. For this reason, we often try processing the
charge again at a later time.
问线上客服说他们也不知道哪边的问题
问信用卡公司（元大）
则是说完全没收到这笔要求，他们也没档
请问有板友遇过这样的问题吗？
同一张卡有刷过会员，不过后来取消了
刷其他关系企业Aduiable之类的也可以过
就是Amazon本站一直不行也不知道哪边卡住？
请问看看大家有没有办法解锁继续败家？
