日前在asos买衣服,但发现被收了运费

爬文了,看到有人问了客服说,这笔运费日后会退还。
今天收到信用卡帐单,价钱还是同上（有加运费的价钱）,心血来潮就用facebook问asos的客服,但是他的回复是
“Hey , I've taken a look at your order 140737216 and can see you've used a discount code already with this order. 'Fraid only one code can be used per order, including free delivery codes. ASOS Alison”
意思是我用了折扣码了 就没有免运
请问有人遇到相同问题吗?谢谢
