我的狗5岁那年(2013年)
在过年前验血 进行例行性的检查
(他当时精神状况各方面都非常不好 大便出血 桃园这边的兽医都说只是感冒...)
其中贫血问题严重 带去台北天母剑桥动物医院(姑姑介绍的 我非常推荐)
翁医师怀疑可能有肿瘤
并且从超音波中看出肚子有一团团块
恰巧就是在脾脏的地方
翁医师说:
怀疑是血管肉留或是淋巴瘤 必须赶紧开腹切掉并且拿去化验
才能知道那是什么
所以隔天我们就安排了手术 将脾脏切除
整个肿瘤+脾脏 有8公分这么大颗...
我的狗才6.5公斤 开完这台刀剩5.5公斤
可见那颗瘤肿的有多大......
并且将肿瘤周边可疑的3个滤泡也一起拿掉
送去化验
那时开完刀 他恢复期约3天左右 在医院吊了3天点滴
过了一礼拜回诊看报告 确认是"淋巴瘤"
病理报告如下:
History:
The spleen enlargement.Spleen body has a round swell size:4*4*5 cm.Spleen
body enlargement size:15*7*10cm.No lymphnode enlargement.
Surgery:Removed whole spleen.
There are yellow areas on the cut surface and lot cysts fill with blood.
Gross Examination:
Histopathological Finding:
In the specimens,there are several large and poorly demarcated masses being
observed composed of enlarged white pulps and thickened splenic cords.In
these enlarged white pulps,the follicular center is unrecognizable and the
area of marginal zone expands to compress the central located mantle
area,recognizable as inverted follicles.These marginal zone cells are
individualized,having high nuclear/cell volume ratio,thickened nuclear
membrane and single to three prominent nucleoil,recognized as lymphoma.There
are several ecstatic sinuses containing abundant erythrocytes being observed
in the splenic parenchyma and adipose tissues around spleen,similar to
vascular clefts commonly seen in hemangiosarcoma.Large areas of
necrosis,hematoma and fibrosis are noted in the spleen with presence of
fibrinoid necrosis of the central arteries.There are increased megakaryocytes
being randomly distributed throughout the splenic tissues.
Pathological Diagnosis:
Marginal zone lymphoma,spleen
Hematoma,fibrosis with fibrinoid necrosis of central artery,spleen.
Extramedullary hematopoiesis,spleen.
经诊断 是"脾边缘区淋巴瘤"
需要做化疗来压抑癌细胞
后来我们每个礼拜回诊打化疗针 持续3个月
而狗狗目前刚过8岁生日
我们很高兴当时给了他机会 让他开刀并且做了化疗
在当时遇到了很好的医师(当机立断并且开刀技术非常好)
狗狗自己的求生意志也很强 才能撑到现在
PO这边希望能够提供一点自身经验
若没有开刀就没有机会知道到底那是什么东西
希望原PO不要放弃希望
