I had the same problem after saved 1000 NT into ATM at 6/27. ( HNCB.com.tw)
Its sunday and raining day. (about 7:00~7:35 pm)
that time, in screen,the Account_number is look like Credit_Card_number.
and take fee 17 NT.
after near 2 monthes,not saved into my bank account.
i also saved successfully at 7/1,(second) 1000NT.
The Account_number is my bank number.
no fee needed.
i had told that bank twice,but they not find bug and my first 1000 NT.
so i finding solution.
ps:
my chinese inputing system are Chaos Code with ptt.bbs,this is another problem.

其实atm缴费问题这已经跟卡版比较无关了，现金存款/缴费按错帐号或使用卡片转帐或缴费也可能有类似问题 （按错帐号却成功又不拿明细也不拍照，有些银行atm默认隐码几个数字-可以手动按明码确认转入帐号是否正确）

2021-09-26 01:37:00觉得按错帐号机会比较大，也许银行帐户早已冲正还你了。手续费17元应该是很多年前的交易，要回银行调明细才知道了。等等，刚没看清楚...现金存款不需要手续费，会不会是插错卡或按成跨行存款？ATM纸卷都查的到，可以去ATM所属分行查

表达能看懂就好了 这里竟然还有人因为英文产生优越感好好笑人家又不是故意炫耀 只是打不出来 你在国外文法不对也没几个外国人会在意因为会点英文最有优越感的就台湾人

看得懂也是你看得懂。不过敢写是不错了。多写会进步。不是英语版 ？都特别写英文了。下次可以多写一份中文稿 用google 翻译比较一下 多练习会进步

2021-09-26 21:10:00my old first skill was Computer Programming.i exptected some Hints to told the banker,and theywill know how to find out whats wrong with Pro.maybe 1.Bug in Client-machine.maybe 2.Bug in middle-server.i think its not hard for some Pro to find out!it was raining day and sunday. the connection maynot good that day.

2021-09-28 19:55:00I posted to banker at 3rd time,few days ago.and waiting 3rd reponse hoping with good news.
如果都找不到那1000元的话，跟银行申请调阅监视器，或是直接报警，让警察开公文调。虽然画质可能很差，但可以看你那个时间点有没有“存”的这个动作。
