缘由: 两天前在海外网络下了一笔订单,
之后页面出现"booking problem",
打到国内信用卡公司, 确认交易授权码已经产生,交易成功
打电话到国外交易平台去, 对方说订单明细都有
要我等确认信...迟迟等不到,
又写了email, 对方回信:
"we haven't put the payment on booking"
　要我再打一次电话 so that we may use the authorization code from
the web to put your payment onto the booking"
请问: 这样的订单到底完成了没?
如果我不完成这个动作, 款项仍然会支付到对方手上吗?
