今年2月英国新车销售量为8万4886辆,较去年同期成长14%
也是20年来二月份数据表现最好的一年,企业购买电动车是销售得以连续19个月成长
的主因。
2月电动车销售表现依然亮眼,其中混合动力车辆销量增长12.1%,其市占率略微下降
12.7%,插电式油电车销量成长最多,增幅29.1%,市占率7.2%,纯电动车销量则上升
21.8%,占二月份销售量的17.7%。
目前电动车销量成长归功于政府推出的企业奖励措施,也因许多消费者担心电动车成本过
高、电池寿命和充电站普及性等问题,个人用车迄今为止仅占新纯电动车销量的18.2%,
SMMT表示,缺乏提振消费者购买电动车需求的减税措施,可能会阻碍电动车转型之路
尽管消费者不需要为其他减碳排技术如热泵和太阳能板支付增值税,但私人电动车买家仍
需支付20%增值税,新电动车增值税减半能让买家在首次购买时平均省下4,000英镑,但根
据SMMT的说法,对财政部来说,这比在2022年取消的插电式汽车补贴还少。
此外, 由于明年的车辆税收调整,绝大多数的纯电车买家将因汽车奢侈税而多付1,950英
镑,而公共充电者则需支付20%增值税,足足是家中充电者的四倍之多。
SMMT秘书长Mike Hawes认为,本周预算案如能通过这三重税收减免,相信能在三月销售旺
季,提振电动车购买需求,同时减少碳排、促进经济,打造更快速、更公平的零排放过度
期,加速英国转型电动车之路。
