Cadillac CT5是以通用汽车的Alpha 2底盘架构所打造的，有后驱和四驱款式。
CT5内建Super Cruise自动辅助驾驶系统，
在北美的高速公路或有设匝道的快速道路，驾驶人可以完全放开手，让电脑驾驶。
驾驶辅助系统会侦测路况，在必要的情况下，电脑会提前告知驾驶人该接手开车了。
==心得==
Cadillac CT5是价格实惠的大型豪华房车。
30~40年前，路上有很多凯迪拉克，车身长，后座空间大，行车乘坐感非常舒适，
当年开着凯迪拉克把妹，气派程度不输大奔驰500 SEL，是富商和高官的象征。
从2002年开始导入后驱化底盘的Cadillac CTS开始，
凯迪拉克的操控才逐渐开始能跟欧洲豪华品牌匹敌，
不然早期的凯迪拉克是前驱大车，操控很烂，适合长途高速公路，不适合激烈杀弯操驾
。
希望台湾总代理能早日重新导入凯迪拉克，让消费者有更多选择。

driver assistance feature enables customers to drive hands-free on more than
130,000 miles of limited-access freeways in the U.S. and Canada,
using LiDAR map data, high-precision GPS, a state-of-the-art driver attention
system and a network of camera and radar sensors. The driver attention system
helps keep drivers engaged by detecting and signaling when drivers need to pay
more attention to the road.”
