原文底下的国外乡民评论很好玩
asimo3089:
....One more thing. I noticed a Model S in one cut of the video. Since we
didn't see that dragrace in the video, I think we know how that race went
down...
(在影片里有看到Model S,既然没在影片里看到比赛,我想我们都知道那是怎么回事了)
Ryan Mark:
...FF's hype train needs to slow down until they have something tangible.
dirtyfries:
So...when's it going on sale? Are you ever going to finish your factory?

Faraday Future claims its electric crossover beats Tesla’s Model X P100D
Ludicrous in a drag race, releases video
As we reported earlier this week, Faraday Future has been teasing a drag
race video showcasing its upcoming electric crossover in drag races
against a Bentley Bentayga, a Ferrari 488 GTB, and a Tesla Model X P100D
with the Ludicrous battery upgrade.
The automaker has now released the video showing the end of each race and
claiming to beat the segment-leading 0 to 60 mph time of the Model X
P100D.
Tesla lists the 0-60 time of the Model X P100D on Ludicrous mode at 2.9
seconds – beating the two other vehicles FF put its prototype against: 4
seconds for the Bentley Bentayga and 3 seconds for the Ferrari 488 GTB.
Peter Savagian, FF’s VP of Propulsion Engineering, said that the company
first aimed to deliver a sub-4 seconds 0 to 60 mph time, but the team
finally managed to bring it down to “under 3 seconds”.
The startup released a video of a few drag races to prove it. It appears
to have been filmed at the Irwindale Event Center in Irwindale,
California.
The video is heavily edited and it’s difficult to follow the
circumstances of each race, including the reaction time, but they made an
effort to edit in the Model X’s state of charge and Ludicrous mode being
on – presumably in an attempt to show that they were not racing an
underpowered version of Tesla’s flagship SUV:ff-vs-tesla-model-x-2
The company claims that its software offers a “competitive advantage
that others don’t have” without specifying with it is exactly.
Of course, the marketing stunt is part of FF’s continuous teasing of its
first production-intent vehicle to be unveiled next month at CES.
