[情报] 各大汽车品牌的车身刚性数据 总整理

全球各大车厂车身刚性数据一览表(Torsional Rigidity),在此分享。

先说几个心得
1. 相同车系,轿车刚性 > 天窗版&旅行车 >> 敞篷车
◇以Saab 9-3为例, (2008-2012年)
轿车22,000 > 旅行车 20,548 > 敞篷车11,500 Nm/deg
刚性分别相差了6.4%和47.7%。
◇BMW F25 X3 30,000 (无天窗); 26,000 (有天窗),刚性相差13.4%。
◇VW Passat 旅行车 (B7 2010~2014) 25,000
VW Passat 轿车(B7) 30,000,轿车和旅行车的刚性相差18%。
◇Ferrari 458 33,120和Ferrari 458 Spider敞篷 23,184,
458 coupe和敞篷的刚性相差30%。
2. 同型车,性能款的刚性 > 普通款
◇以Golf 5代为例,Golf GTI的刚性比普通款强36%,差距很大。

2. 三门掀背车的刚性 > 五门掀背
◇Ford Focus 三门 19,600 vs 五门 17,900Nm/deg,刚性相差8.7%。
◇另以Golf 4代为例,3门款的刚性比5门强11%。(19,600 vs 17,600 Nm/deg)
4. 加装防滚笼,能有效提升车体刚性。

5. 某些知名超跑的刚性不一定比平价车款强。
例如同一时期的 Lamborghini Gallardo(2003~2008) 23,000 就输给Mazda RX-8
(2003~2012) 30,000Nm/deg,刚性相差23%。
6. 全部车款当中,刚性最强的是瑞典超跑Koenigsegg Agera R,高达65,000Nm/deg,
它的刚性是Ferrari 458 近两倍 (33,120Nm/deg)。
轿车中,刚性最强的是劳斯莱斯 Phantom和奔驰W222 S-Class,高达40,500 Nm/deg,
赢过宾利Flying Spur (2013) 36,500 Nm/deg,相差11%。

高达40,500 Nm/deg,还赢过宾利11%。

7. 某些敞篷车的刚性只有正常款式的一半,甚至更低,
◇例如Porsche 911 Turbo 996 (27,000 vs 11,600敞篷),刚性相差高达57%。
◇Audi TT Coupe Mk1 19,000,TT Roadster 敞篷 Mk1 10,000,两者刚性相差47%。
8. 高刚性 ≠ 高安全性
除了车身刚性以外,溃缩设计和分散冲击力的设计也很重要。
新Volvo XC90撞击测试第一名,但它的刚性数据并不是同级车最强的。
◇ 高刚性 ≠ 操控性
Alfa Romeo 159车体刚性比上一代Alfa 156强了近3倍,但Alfa 159操控退步,
评价大不如Alfa 156。
9. 车厂的用心程度,可以让新世代车身刚性大进步
◇从数据中也能看到BMW世代交替的进步,BMW F世代的车身刚性比E世代晚期增强许多。

◇Mazda Skyactiv世代,车体有60%是高强度钢材,大幅提升刚性。

10. 同集团的平价品牌的车身刚性不一定输给高级品牌
例如Golf六代 25,000,车身刚性超越同时期的Audi A4(B8) 23,100。

这是由youwheel.com整理,绝大部份的资料是来自车厂公布数据和杂志报导,
一小部份是第三方单位的数据。
另外有几种车款的数据是我增列的,来源大部份是网络上的原厂资料,
少部份是外国汽车论坛。
