这集的剧情是原作中第8册第6话至第9册第1话，依序是“赤龙玉的传说”、“巧遇海星男
”、“天野三郎的妖术”、“变身大决战”、“火之玉的力量”五话，而“九州的温泉”
，原本的老板则是提前在第五集登场。在获得金玉后，前往九州，继续寻找第三颗珠子，
对决天草四郎（动画直接用天草四郎时贞）。

印象中漫画后期的铁剑单纯剑术不靠怪力乱神的话，还是（年轻）武藏小次郎十兵卫他们比较强

不过小次郎明显输给鬼丸，铁刃跟在柯南中剑术与平次在伯仲之间的冲田对打也比十兵卫时更吃力，如果冲田没弃权他也赢不了
