Qatar to host Group B for February 2021 FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers window
BEIRUT (Lebanon) – The location of Group B games in the upcoming February w
indow of the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 Qualifiers was confirmed to be changed to Do
ha, Qatar by the FIBA Regional Office Asia on Friday, January 22.
Tokyo, Japan was previously announced as hosts for Group B. Due to restricti
ons imposed by the Japanese authorities, the location of Group B is now move
d to Doha, Qatar
The third and last window will also be organized as protected environment to
urnaments in order to ensure health and safety of all participants.
