At Optiver we operate in a flat structure which means that you have the
ability to make decisions and bring ideas to the table very quickly. As a
Graduate Trader, you will get a huge amount of autonomy and responsibility
from day one. As part of our training program you will spend time training in
Sydney and you will receive top class training from some of the very best
people in the industry.
Trainee Trader Salary: 2,220,000 TWD per annum
