我们在寻找保母(au pair)来加入我们在美国夏威夷乡村的家庭，与她分享我们的文
化和生活。虽然夫妻两人都是美国人，但我的家人来自台湾(我会中文)而我先生的
家人来自德国(她会德文和法文)。家里主要讲英文。除了英文能力中等以上，我们
在寻找有中文，德文或法文能力的人，以形成真正的多语种家庭，我们现在有一个两
岁的儿子，并且打算有更多孩子。
We are looking to select an au pair to join our family in a rural part of
Hawaii, United States, and to share with her ourr culture and life here.
Though my husband and I are both American, my family is from Taiwan (I speak
Mandarin) and my husband's family is from Germany (he speaks German and
French). Although we speak English in the house, we are looking for someone
who can speak as many of these languages rin addition to English) as
possible, to form a truly multi-lingual household. We currently have one
2-year old son, who is a true joy for us, and we plan to continue growing our
family.

It is very important that our au pair truly enjoys being around young
children and has experience actively engaging with them. We need someone who
is trustworthy, energetic, patient, and loving to care for our son (and
possibly a new baby). Safety of our son is the most important responsibility.
Other responsibilities include cleaning up indoor/outdoor play areas and
assisting in cooking. Reading and doing a variety of projects are very
important inour household, so we are looking for an au pair who encourages
both. We would like someone who enjoys a quiet/rural lifestyle and does not:
smoke, do drugs, drink excessively, party, or gossip (privacy is important to
us).
The au pair program is governed by United States regulations

and we expect to work with an Agency to host our au pair.As part of the au
pair program,our au pair 年龄上限26 an will receive:
*Sponsorship for a legal J-1 Visa for 1 year(可以延长到两年，我们希望au pair

*Round trip airfare to Hawaii from your home country, including a stop in
Connecticut for Au Pair School training

* Health and accident insurance
* Excellent support through Agency's National Office, Local Representatives,

qualified instructors inConnecticut prior to coming to our home
* Introductions to other au pairs in the area and monthly meetings with
Agency's local community counselr
