前情提要
我其实不太擅长写功能文或是景点文（说穿了是懒惰），但是身为一个在泰国谈恋爱的女
子，每两个月就要烦恼签证的问题，加上这次在网络上只有看到一篇关于如何在新西兰办
理泰国签证的文，在准备资料的时候就决定要记录下来，分享给有需要的人（在新西兰打
工度假、唸书或是玩到新西兰时突然想去泰国玩的朋友们），不然在台湾直接办泰国旅游
签证是最方便也最简单的方式！
那我们就废话不多说开始囉！
首先要知道的是可以不用亲自到Wellington办事处申请签证，只要透过邮寄即可！

接着开始着手阅读和填写两份表格以及准备所需资料
以下详细介绍
Visa Application Form
基本上表格的填写还算容易，不过有几点要注意：
用全英文填写，并填写整齐清楚。
每一个格子都要填写不留白，如果状况为没有的话要填N/A(例如没有小孩同行，则填
N/A)
若有任何签证问题，办事处会寄email给你或是打电话给所填写的新西兰联络人，所
以这两项资料一定要再次确认填写无误！

Document Checklist
接着就按照着checklist上所需的资料一个一个准备：
Application Form completed, signed and dated. (Make sure you provide all
necessary information, e.g. email address, local guarantor/ emergency
contact, address in Thailand, etc.) All the lines are filled without any left
blank. If no information is applicable for the section, please put N/A. o 1
copy of Application Form

Original Passport or Travel Document valid for at least 6 months from
expected date of travel.
☑陵譬蓟攭个月的护照
Recent Passport-sized Photograph taken within 6 months (photocopy is not
accepted.) o 1 photograph (for most nationalities)
☑@照size的大头照一张
其实就是贴在申请表上的那一张，我当时不确定，还额外附了一张，结果收到签证后
发现大头照也退给我了。
A Photocopy of New Zealand Visa (including electronic visa), if you are NOT a
New Zealand citizen. o Proof of residence document for New Zealand (i.e.
Permanent Resident Visa, Work Visa, Student Visa) for nationals listed under
specified passport holders* and upon request.

此项应该是针对取得新西兰公民或是在新西兰打工度假、唸书的族群，必须提供相关
签证证明
因为我是在新西兰旅游，台湾免签，所以就略过这一项了
A Photocopy of Return Airline E-Ticket or Travel Itinerary confirming date of
arrival and departure to and from Thailand. Travelling by certain low cost
airlines may require additional funding. (additional NZ$ 2,000 per person)**
☑鶧磥J境与出境的机票证明（搭乘特地的廉价航空，可能会要求每人额外NZ$ 2,000
的财力证明 ）
直接打印电子机票和行程表出来，入境和出境都要！
廉航的部分不知道会不会真的这么严格（但还是注意一下），我出境搭亚航，但我财
力证明本来就有到达额外的要求。
Proof of accommodation in Thailand, e.g. hotel bookings, invitation letters
from family/ friends in Thailand, together with copies of Thai National ID
and/ or passport (of family / friends), certified true copies, signed and
dated. Name of the applicant, address, and duration of stay must be clearly
indicated.
☑鶧磞穜J证明，饭店订房证明、泰国家人或朋友的邀请信，包含姓名、住址和在泰国
停留期间，并附上泰国身分证或是护照复本，而复本必须经过法律证明并签名、押日期
住饭店的很简单，附上订房纪录即可
我住的是男友家，所以就请男友写了邀请函（网络上估狗都有），他也付钱请律师证
明了他的身份文件，没想到百密一疏，后来办事处用email联络我：
As your friend is a foreigner, proof of the household registration of the
accommodation or proof rental agreement (of your friend in Thailand) is
required. Thank you and you may send it via email.
因为我男友是外国人，所以还要再附上租约，还好他是个什么文件都有电子化并丢到
dropbox上的人，之后就用email补件成功啦！
A copy of recent bank statement** (credit card and home loan accounts not
accepted) providing evidence of sufficient funds during stay in Thailand.
Name, bank account balance, account transactions must be clearly indicated.
The statement MUST be signed, stamped and dated by the bank. o for tourist
visa single entry at least NZ$ 2,000 per person

☑Z$ 2,000 银行财力证明（不接受信用款和贷款帐户），包含姓名、帐户结余以及交
易纪录，由银行签名、盖章和押日期
当时准备到这觉得我为什么不在台湾办一办就好因为我人在泰国准备这些资料，
只好直接打国际电话给中信，好在他们可以提供电子证明，还能直接mail给我（虽然这过
程实在是很烦人，打了好几次电话、寄给我的资料不是英文的等等謵好累
）
当初看到银行必须签名，也问了中信能不能有人可以签名，但是他们回应我不行，我
也就只有提供银行盖章和日期的证明，结果这样是可以的！
Letter of Reference in New Zealand (from employer, school, etc.) required for
certain nationalities (Nationals listed under specified passport holders) and
upon request. Name, position, and contact details of the referee must be
clearly indicated.
台湾不在特地国家名单内，所以这项可直接跳过
Visa Application Fee (accepted in cash or Bank Cheque in NZ currency, Payable
to the “Royal Thai Embassy”) o NZ$ 50 for Tourist Visa Single Entry
☑Z$ 50 的签证费（接受现金或是银行支票）
我是把现金直接夹在护照里，记得放刚刚好NZ$ 50
Self - addressed courier bag with tracking number (in case you wish the
passport to be returned by courier)
☑l寄袋＋追踪码
到邮局买由邮寄袋，把上述所有所需的资料全部装到袋子里（包含申请表以及
checklist），以及再多买一个可以装下护照大小的邮寄袋一并放入，让办事处可以把你
的签证护照寄回给你
如果你还是觉得很复杂，可以直接请邮局的人帮忙（新西兰人很热于助人）
基本上所要准备的资料大概就是这样啦！如果你是纯粹到泰国观光，checklist的第
二页就可以不用理它了

重要的是收据上会有追踪码！如果怕弄丢记得先用手机拍起来！

接着就收到签证啦～～～～
印象中一个星期左右就收到了！（虽然邮差还放错家，害我吓死，还好最后有找到）
