你应该要向美国的sponsor检举DNC这个雇主，申诉他们"bait and switch"
我猜测是DNC故意这么做的
它应该要把Tusayan也列进来，就不会有人有不正确的期望
但这样这个雇主就会比较不受申请人的欢迎
如果认定违规，sponsor明年就会停止和DNC合作
如果sponsor也牵连其中、和sponsor连络无效，你也可以向国务院申诉、检举
国务院的j-1 w&t规定如下:
Your sponsor's advertisements must be accurate and explain all costs,
conditions, and restrictions of the exchange program.
