percent), penetration nerfed from 259 to 249mm
巴恰稳定性buff, 提升12%移动准度 , 银弹穿透nerf
Leopard Prototyp A got a stabilization buff (accuracy on the move improved by
9-10 percent), and reload time got buffed from 11,1s to 10,9s
原型豹移动准度buff 9~10% 装填时间11.1->10.9
Leopard 1 got stabilization buff (22 percent)
豹I提升22%稳定度, 应该也是移动射击准度
STB-1 got stabilization buff (12 percent) and the gun aimtime was buffed from
2,3 to 2,2s

Firefly viewrange increased from 360 to 370m

林E世转砲塔准度buff 17%, 瞄准时间2.9->2.8
Object 263 penetration got nerfed from 290mm to 270mm, stabilization got
buffed by 12 percent and reload time got buffed from 10,7s to 10,5s
263工程银弹nerf, 移动准度buff 12% , 装填时间10.7->10.5
Chinese 121 tank penetration got nerfed from 258mm to 249mm, reload got
buffed from 9,6 to 9,4s and there's also accuracy loss from moving turret
buff (you now lose 14 percent less accuracy)
天朝T10中坦121 银弹nerf, 装填时间buff 9.6->9.4 , 转砲塔准度buff 14%
