去原厂授权中心重灌，或者自己去网咖做微软碟重灌也可能是主板问题

把这英文google有解法 但还是建议自己用备份软件备份成映像档 原厂备份有些是藏在隐藏分割区 还原比映像档容易出问题 如果是我我会直接删了这些隐藏分割区和原厂还原软件 不过我没买过套装所以还没研究过怎么删不介意空间被占用的话 连这些隐藏分割区一起备份没关系

用pe进去 可把还原区删除并入使用空间
