各位板友好，最近电脑不顺想要从新安装，结果遇到这个黑白画面后就停住，英文是
windows fail to start. A recent hardware or software change might be
the cause. To fix the problem:
1.Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2.choose your language settings and then chick Next.
3.click Repair your computer.
If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer
manufacturer for assistance.

自己已经处理过无效的方式是，换一片安装片、将硬盘拔下来从插，内存拔下来清洁
都无效，想请问板友们如何去处理这个问题呢? 感谢回复。
