两则有点累格的消息，
不过还是分享给大家囉:)
1. 圣诞专辑
每年都很期待美国拉斯维加斯乐团 The Killers的圣诞歌，
不过今年他们没有原创歌曲了，取而代之的是翻唱＜I'll Be Home For Christmas＞。
然而重点并不是在歌曲的诠释上，
占了大半的口白是主唱 Brandon Flowers回忆童年，
从内华拿州 Henderson搬到犹他州 Payton的生活、心境等等…
(来听听 Brandon西部腔美语，据说他早年唱歌刻意用假英国腔，网络上还有一些讨论呢！
不过杀手所有专辑都在英国夺冠，也真的是算他们的福地)
特别提到的是一位令他印象深刻的小学老师，
身为韩战老兵的这位老师当年在同学面前高歌，
如今 Brandon再度邀请他在今年的圣诞翻唱中演唱。
素人略微走音的歌声却有种不完美中的感动，
Brandon退居合音配角︰ 'If he doesn't mind, I might join in, too.'

2. 《Sam's Town》十周年发行弃曲 demo
今年杀手的第二张专辑《Sam's Town》满十周年，
为了庆祝重发限量豪华版专辑(其实只多两首)。
其中有首之前从未发行过的专辑弃曲 Peace of Mind，
单曲封面主角就是专辑山姆小镇封面同位女郎。
不是什么大歌，不过我很喜欢它的旋律与歌词。
曲中3分钟左右开始的合成音效后来被用在 My List一曲当中，
钢琴摇滚的调调跟 My List也有有几分相似。

老实说《Sam's Town》是四张专辑里面我比较不喜欢的，
但是最近重听又突然觉得真不错，人的口味真的会变XD
话说最近一张作品已经是2012年了，虽然主唱2015年的个专也是非常好听，
还是希望能有乐团新专辑的消息啦～
