我前一阵子租了linode
最近一个月没有付款，我设定的那张卡片里面也没有钱了
想说正常给它停用就好
结果他好像扣款失败，要我尽快付钱
出现 $4.69 outstanding
我进控制台想说把帐号删除
结果上面写 Balance must be paid before account closure
‧ Sorry, but we were unable to charge your credit card for services
rendered. We're not able to cancel this account until the balance has been
paid.
要我把钱缴了才能删帐号
请问不缴会怎么样吗? 会跨国追债?
