We all know that taking in too many calories on a regular basis can result in
weight gain. And furthermore, taking in the right number of calories, if they
come from food that is not nutritious, will also contribute to poorer health.
Although we may be very aware of this, we don't often think about the
"caloric" intake of information, or similarly, of the situations we immerse
ourselves in. You may be engaging in too much critical or harsh thinking
about yourself. While some measure of personal constructive criticism can
help improve your life, you must also be kind to yourself. Doing so will help
maintain your well-being.
