lead to others not trusting you, which leads to a lack of friendships and
other social issues. But everyone tells a "fib" now and then. Sometimes it is
because they are trying to spare someone else's feelings or protect
themselves for some reason. You may have recently discovered that someone you
know has lied about something important. Don't rush to judgement. There may
be a valid - or at least understandable - reason for this that you just
haven't discovered yet.
