还是有些疑惑，麻烦板上各位帮忙解惑下列两个问题，

(1) 学校的H1B request form上面的选项是给：
□Consular Notification
(employee is currently abroad)
□Change of Status
(employee is in the U.S. in a different non-immigrant status)
虽然我目前持有OPT在美国境内，
但因为我打算六月中回台湾CN，
我还是可以选CN没错吧？
(2) 另外，表格中还有一个问题是
Are you currently abroad and/or do you anticipate being abroad
when the petition is pending? □ Yes □ No
If yes, provide dates and location of trip:
以我的状况，我会走premium process，
也不打算在approve以前离境，
所以我应该要勾选No吗？
