大家好请问一下
目前我身分是OPT时间已开始，即将开始工作
人目前在台湾将要返回美国
回美国时需要准备offer letter我晓得
但是 我学校的网页上写着
返美时的offer letter上面
不可以提及任何有改变签证意图的讯息
原文如下:
If your employer is sponsoring you for a work visa,
this information should not be included in your letter for travel
while on OPT.Any mention of plans to change visa statuses could be
interpreted as a misrepresentation of your intentions in the U.S.
by a Port of Entry Officer.
然后我的offer letter上有写着要帮我办H1B.................
请问这是真的吗? 该怎么解决呢
是请公司重寄一份把帮办H1B那句话删掉的offer吗?
可万一删了之后真的不认帐不就惨了Orz

入境时的确不能有这句话你可以请公司发另一个给移民官的版本
